Embodier.ai ("Embodier", "we") is the token marketplace for investment real estate worldwide. These terms govern your use of our signup, messaging, panel, and course surfaces.
You must be 18 or older to register. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.
Registration and login use your mobile number plus a 6-digit code we text you. There are no passwords. Keep your device secure — anyone with your phone can receive your codes.
Our tokenized offerings are subject to regulatory approval and are not yet live. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities or tokens. The waitlist collects soft commitments only. When projects are actually offered, members confirm allocations in the panel under that offering's own documents — nothing is collected before then. The $500 application fee charged today in the owner/tokenization lane is a service fee for opening and preparing a tokenization file; it is not a collection for any offering, and nothing is collected for an offering before that offering's own documents and approvals.
Your $500 application fee opens a tokenization file for your property. So that your asset can move first when our Salvadoran digital-asset registrations are approved, we build that file from day one to the registrar standard we are preparing under El Salvador's digital assets law: verified ownership and title evidence (kept as tamper-evident document hashes), your ownership-entity details, the special-purpose vehicle structure for the offering, and a complete valuation file. You agree that Embodier may (a) hold and complete this record as the registration framework is approved, (b) assign your application and record to Embodier's Salvadoran operating entities when they are formed, and (c) suspend a record where compliance requires it — for example sanctions screening, fraud prevention, or a court order. The application fee is a service fee for opening and preparing your file. It is not a deposit, not an investment, and not the purchase of any token or security; no offering exists today, and any future offering will be made only under its own documents and approvals.

By registering you agree to receive transactional messages (login codes, account updates) and occasional program updates at the number you provide. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing messages; transactional codes needed for login still apply while your account exists. Message and data rates may apply.

We may update these terms as the program evolves; material changes will be announced in-product.
